Our lawyer, Dean P. Shearer, is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. During your free initial consultation, you will meet directly with attorney Shearer to discuss your estate planning or business planning needs.

Our paralegal, Linda, has a paralegal certificate from the University of Houston and more than 15 years of experience at large and small firms. Even though every client works closely with attorney Shearer, Linda is always available to serve our clients as well.
